Standard Support

Standard Support is still included at no charge when you purchase a mapping system from Electronic Data Solutions. You will receive the following services:

  • A goal of 8 working hours response rate is set for most cases. Elecdata Support Now and Priority Support customers will receive assistance first.
  • A goal of 5 - 7 business days for repair turn-around time is set for most cases.

    Electronic Data Solutions' customers can enjoy immediate, direct access to authorized Mapping & GIS Support Specialists at a reduced rate. Unlimited technical support is available to the expanded list of products that Elecdata owns or represents.

  • Twelve months of unlimited Elecdata Support Now for all your Mapping & GIS systems for one designated contact.
  • Additional users can be added for an additional cost.
  • A toll-free number and dedicated email address to communicate directly and immediately with full-time in-house support specialists.
  • A high priority status on all inquiries, ensuring that your questions get answered first and in a timely fashion, usually in 1 to 2 hours if not immediately.
  • Email notification of new equipment or software and/or firmware updates with instructions on how to obtain and install them within 24 hours of their release by the particular manufacturer.
  • Email notification 60 days prior to the expiration of your Elecdata Support Now.
  • Automatic email delivery of tech notes applicable to your system(s).
  • Expedited repair service.
  • Discount on Elecdata product trainings and rentals.
