Electronic Data Solutions has a variety of equipment for short-term rentals. Choose from a selection of Trimble MGIS Mapping equipment and software, laser rangefinders or Juniper Systems field computers. Monthly, weekly, and daily rates available.

Terms and conditions of the rental program include:

  • Daily rates available with $200 (plus shipping and sales tax) minimum.
  • Free Second Day Shipping on equipment rentals of more than 7 days.
  • Free unlimited email technical support.
  • Access to our technical support department, Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 6:00p Mountain Time. Up to three free incidents per week. Each incident after that will be billed at $29.95 per incident. (An incident is a set of related questions.)
  • Unlimited telephone support for Priority Support Customers. (Provide PS # when you call.) Priority support customers also received 10% discount off rental prices.
  • Lease agreement and prepayment required before product shipment.
  • Apply 50% of your lease payments towards purchase made within 30-days of lease.
  • On-site orientation or Certified TerraSync and ArcPad training available.
