RiverPro ADCP

Teledyne RD Instruments is pleased to introduce RiverPro, the newest member of their growing family of Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCPs) for inland Water Resources applications. The 1200 kHz RiverPro has been purpose-built to fill two specific needs:

  • To provide an ADCP designed specifically for shallow river applications (20cm to 25m range)

  • To provide an upgrade path for the current industry gold-standard Rio Grande ADCP users

Q-View Software

Teledyne RDI’s new Q-View QA/QC software bridges the gap between the requirement for high-quality field measurements and the time-intensive analysis that is typically required to ensure that collected data meets an organization’s unique quality criteria.

Utilizing customizable and flexible quality rules, Q-View can provide users with real-time feedback during ADCP data collection, or can be implemented back in the lab during data review and analysis.

With its comprehensive, automatically-generated professional reports, Q-View provides you with the information you need to efficiently and consistently make the right decisions based on your collected data.

StreamPro ADCP

The StreamPro ADCP revolutionizes discharge and velocity measurement in stream from 15-200 cm in depth. The StreamPro's 'bottom tracking' capability provides the ability to move continuously across the stream to obtain a discharge measurement in two or three minutes instead of thirty minutes to an hour using the older point-by-point method. StreamPro's unique design allows you to take measurements without even entering the water. Simply pull the instrument across the stream as you walk across a bridge, or attach the unit to a tagline.

RiverRay ADCP

Go straight to work collecting highly accurate stream and river discharge data with the RIVERRAY ADCP (Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler). This economical turnkey system comes complete with: the RiverRay ADCP, a custom-designed boat, user-friendly software, and convenient wireless communication. And now, the RiverRay comes standard with a new vertical beam, which provides more precise bathymetric data and improved characterization of slopes and irregular river beds.

Vertical ADCP

The Vertical Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (Vertical ADCP) is designed for the high-accuracy measurement of water flow, level and velocity profile in open channels, rivers, streams, and irrigation channels. The Vertical ADCP can be deployed as a self-contained instrument recording data for later use; as a real-time instrument for real-time measurements; or as a portable flow meter, with the option to move from station to station.

ChannelMasterH-ADCP

The compact, versatile and affordable ChannelMaster is a two-beam, horizontally oriented ADCP designed to obtain high accuracy velocity data at ranges from 1 to 300 meters, utilizing 1 to 128 cells of data. By leveraging Teledyne RDI’s BroadBand technology, ChannelMaster allows you to obtain unmatched data quality,even in low velocities and complex flows, where a single cell cannot provide enough information. The ChannelMaster is ideally suited for use in rivers, streams, estuaries, open channels, and ports and harbors.

Workhorse Rio Grande

Workhorse Rio Grande is an accurate, rapid discharge measurement system designed to operate from a moving boat. The Rio Grande can be used for a wide range of river conditions, from as shallow as 30 cm streams to large rivers and tidal estuaries.
